All our guards go through our internal training class, where we intensely go over Florida State Law, Federal Law, Costumer Service Orientation, Manners course, how to sticker a vehicle to reduce liability and confrontation, but still complaining with the rules and regulation set by the client. We also have the state of the art Dispatch center which has specialist programs that pull the rules and regulation set by the client, so we have guide lines to go by. Immediately after a guard finds himself in a situation, a supervisor will be dispatched at no extra cost. This allows the guard to deal with the most important thing, which is the client security. We also have specialist access through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to check the license plate and vehicle identification number to verify if a vehicle is stolen or if an individual is wanted by law enforcement.
